Fun Fact:

  1. Canyon and Overlook Endurance Runs has donated over $15,000 to the Western States trail maintenance and the local Foresthill sports programs. They are scheduling 3-4 trail work weekends in the Tahoe National Forest in conjunction with USFS in the high country ,above 5000 feet, throughout the summer. Building new trail and maintaining current trails is their big concern in giving back to the community.
  2. People can gain an early entry if they run one of their other events like Overlook Endurance Runs or if they participate in one of the trail work events! This year the race sold out in 6 hours.
  3. Three of the last six champs from Canyons 100k went on to win Western States 100. (Magda Boulet, Cat Bradley and Rob Krar)

Nearest Airports (HRs): Sacramento, CA (1), Reno, NV (2), Oakland, CA (2.25)
