Fun Fact: Everyone who starts the race gets a custom engraved bottle of small batch Colorado whiskey from Law’s Whiskey House. The belt buckles handmade from Colorado Silver Star, which makes the belt buckles for Leadville 100 and Hardrock 100. In 2017, every runner and pacer had to spray off their shoes with a special chemical spray to save the endangered Boreal Toad.
