Fun Fact: Pigtails Challenge is the only flattish course in the state. It is great for beginners who might be intimidated by running in a mountain 100 miler.  At the time Van Phan started the 200 miler, it was the 2nd in the country. The course is a 15k loop, which makes for a great weekend hangout for crew. There are no rules about pacers. Runners can have a pacer the entire distance or swap out pacers every loop.

Nearest Airports (HRs): Seattle, WA (.5), Portland, OR (2.75)
